About the Role

The Group Tax Analyst is responsible for overseeing Kuwait tax operations and tax operations of Zain Group entities (collectively the "Group"). This role includes tax planning and strategy, compliance, tax audits, and tax accounting matters.

Key Responsibilities include:

  1. Assisting in the development and implementation of Group corporate tax strategy and Tax Planning initiatives.
  2. Supporting the Group's Tax Senior Manager, Group functions, and Group entities' tax departments.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in local and international taxation with experience in Big 4 Firms or multinational companies. They should possess technical knowledge of tax accounting, BEPS Actions, especially Transfer Pricing, and VAT knowledge is a plus.
