Deepwater Rig Specialist

Linked4HR Human Resources Consultancies LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Toolpusher to lead our deepwater drilling operations in Kuwait.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Excellence: Direct and control all operational functions of the rig, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant drilling operations.
• Safety and Compliance: Oversee safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all rig crew members and adherence to industry regulations and company policies.
• Crew Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of rig crew members to maintain high productivity and safety standards.
• Equipment Maintenance: Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure proper functionality and minimize downtime.

Requirements:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or vocational training in drilling operations is preferred.
• Experience: 3+ years as a Senior Toolpusher with mandatory experience in 2500HP and above in deep drilling operations.
• Certifications: Valid Well Control Certification (IWCF or IADC) and safety training certifications (e.g., H2S, First Aid, Firefighting).
