We are seeking a high-profile Vice President to work within the Risk Management and Performance Measurement Unit as a Consultant. The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of services described within the Performance Measurement Services Agreement and provide continuous onsite support to our Client.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. ">
  2. Clarify and document on-going requirements provided by the Planning and Senior Management Support Sector within the Client Office and agree actions with the Edinburgh team.">
  3. Lead projects related to Performance and Risk services provided to the Client.">
  4. Support the GS PS and SSGX teams in delivering reporting requirements and improving the reporting package.">
  5. Proactively manage reporting requirements, ensuring quality and completion of deliverables within agreed timescales.">
  6. Evaluate resource allocation for Client service delivery and escalate issues through appropriate channels.">
  7. Identify, track, and resolve reporting and relationship issues quickly and successfully.">
  8. SOURCE and deliver Client data from local stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate completion of client reports.">
  9. Communicate relevant information to stakeholders and implement structural changes where necessary.">
  10. Maintain ongoing performance and risk analysis solutions delivered to the Client.">
  11. Mentor and train RPU staff in performance and risk concepts.">
  12. Ensure adequate documentation of performance and risk solutions is in place and filed accordingly.">
  13. Hold regular calls with Edinburgh senior management to update on issues, challenges, or relationship matters.">
  14. Work on internal RPU tasks and support other members of the RPU team as required.">
  15. Engage in various projects assigned by the Executive Director of P&SMS.">
  16. Maintain excellent working relationships with all stakeholders.">

Key Requirements:

">

The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in performance measurement and risk analytics, as well as strong client-facing skills. They should have detailed technical knowledge of Performance Measurement methodologies and systems, along with working knowledge of risk analytics and risk management tools.

Prioritization and Communication:

">

The candidate must be able to manage conflicting priorities while maintaining client focus and communicating effectively with stakeholders. They should also be willing to represent the Client internally in all areas and influence decisions when necessary.

Education and Qualifications:

">

A degree qualification is essential, with postgraduate qualifications preferred. Industry-specific certifications such as CFA, FRM, or CIPM are also desirable.
