Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and efficient Material Handler to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for moving, locating, relocating and stacking products as informed by their supervisor, while ensuring the safe and efficient operational use of equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Load outbound shipments safely and efficiently;
  2. Unload inbound shipments, move product to storage locations, stack and store the products in assigned areas;
  3. Ensure accurate and undamaged inbound and outbound shipments, reporting quality variances continuously;
  4. Minimize damage to goods during movement between vehicles and storage bins;
  5. Retrieve and prepare products for delivery, verifying quantity and product type;
  6. Maintain inventory accuracy during loading and unloading operations;
  7. Keep equipment and materials organized and clean;
  8. Perform minor maintenance on forklifts and other equipment;
  9. Operate equipment safely and efficiently following established procedures;
  10. Record and report accurate inventory data to ensure tight control and security.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1-3 years' experience in a similar role within the food/drink industry;
  • Familiarity with activities and procedures related to own job role, including good understanding of work routines and procedures;
  • A valid Kuwait driving license for Heavy Vehicles/Construction.
