About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team at Alghanim Industries. This exciting opportunity involves driving sales growth, developing strategic partnerships, and enhancing customer engagement in the agricultural and landscaping markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue, profitability, and customer loyalty in agricultural and landscaping markets.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage sales teams across various locations, ensuring alignment with performance goals and objectives.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, suppliers, and distributors to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Agriculture, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and business development, with at least 1 year in a managerial role, preferably within the agricultural or landscaping sector.
  • Strong understanding of Kuwait's agricultural and landscaping markets.
  • Proven success in achieving sales growth and developing strategic partnerships in relevant sectors.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, sales tracking tools, and excellent communication skills.
