Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services, as well as developing and implementing processes to improve our overall quality management system.

Job Description:

The Quality Assurance Specialist will assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance policies and procedures, conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and investigate and resolve quality-related issues. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management and experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, the Quality Assurance Specialist must have:

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as quality assurance, engineering, or business administration
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management, preferably in an industry similar to ours
  • Strong knowledge of quality management principles and practices, including ISO 9001:2008
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make recommendations for process improvements
