- Build business cases and price schemes for Device Services offered to Zain customers in collaboration with pricing teams.

- Monitor competitors' services and provide regular reports.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and technologies, as well as competition implications.
- Ensure market prices are competitive and create special promotions with partners.
- Owning and implementing overall products roadmap involves following up on projects with various teams, ensuring proper implementation.
- Negotiate with procurement to secure best prices for customers.
- Participate in Ad-Hoc projects involving operational or analytical follow-ups not directly linked to employee scope of work or responsibilities.
- Pursue new revenue streams by introducing new product categories related to Zain services and offerings.
