Technical Draftsman

The role of an AutoCAD Technician at HealthCare Dynamics Gen. Trading Company W.L.L involves a range of responsibilities, including document editing and production, courier services, and timely delivery.

• Main Accountabilities:
• Typical duties include the following:
• Preparing reports for management review and assisting managers with administrative actions.
• Creating detailed finished drawings from engineering concept sketches, existing redlined drawings, and schematics.
• Utilizing Spatial Data Standards for Facilities, Infrastructure, and Environment (SDSFIE), surveying equipment, and creating topographical maps.
• Performing other qualified duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Able to create architectural, electrical, mechanical, structural, and civil design drawings using AutoCAD, knowledgeable in engineering tables, plans, and specifications.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Office and Project.
• Ability to fluently read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Capacity to become familiar with local culture and customs.

Experience and Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experienced working with AutoCAD, AutoCAD Civil 3D, Visual Basic, and building information modeling software, with one year of experience working on AutoCAD/AutoCAD Civil 3D 2012/GIS.
• Must have experience working with architectural, civil, mechanical, and electrical designs, knowledgeable of engineering tables, plans, and specifications, and working knowledge of computer networks.

• Long hours, exposure to weather and hazardous conditions.
• Personnel should be aware of potential moving under adverse conditions.
