Guest Service Ambassador

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Lobby Host/Hostess to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, responding to requests and inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for our guests.
ResponsibilitiesRespond to guest requests for special arrangements or services, such as transportation, reservations, and dry cleaning.
Gather and provide information to guests about the property and surrounding area amenities, including events and activities.
Answer and record all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Contact the relevant department or individual to resolve guest issues or problems.
Monitor the club lounge for seating availability, service, safety, and well-being of guests.
Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management and complete necessary safety training and certifications.
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
No prior related work experience is necessary.
Supervisory experience is not required.
No specific license or certification is needed.
