**Job Description:**

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a team of engineers in developing and maintaining our software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, technical leadership, and team management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading a distributed team of engineers in the Americas, EMEA, or APAC regions.
  • Talent development through coaching, mentoring, feedback, and career planning.
  • Setting and managing expectations with other engineering teams, senior management, and external stakeholders.
  • Advocating modern software development practices and participating in the engineering process through code and architectural review.

Requirements and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., computer science, software engineering).
  • Proven experience in software engineering, technical leadership, and team management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with Linux, Debian, or Ubuntu is preferred.
