Chef Director

As a Chef Director, you will oversee the culinary operations of our units and external delivery catering. Your responsibilities will include managing day-to-day kitchen operations, executing daily food service, and ensuring quality, technique, portion, presentation, and food cost control. You will also assist in identifying strategic projects and lead the creation and presentation of products that meet key customer needs.

This role requires a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar capacity. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as strong planning and organizational skills. Self-motivation and a passion for hospitality are also essential.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Supervising all kitchen functions, including food purchasing, preparation, and maintenance of quality standards; sanitation and cleanliness.
