Job Title: Cost Estimator Specialist

About the Role:
We're looking for a skilled Cost Estimator to join our team. As a key member of our estimating organization, you will be responsible for preparing estimates and takingoffs on complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare detailed cost estimates for various types of projects.
* Conduct site visits and gather data to support estimate preparation.
* Collaborate with engineers and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and comprehensive estimates.
* Develop and implement procedures for the preparation of estimates.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
* Proven track record in cost estimation and project management.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
