Tech Specialist for Advanced Military Training Systems

This role involves working with advanced military training systems, specifically the P5 Combat Training System, to ensure their optimal performance. The successful candidate will collaborate with site managers and aircrews to design and implement effective training solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

">
  • ">
  • Maintain detailed records of system checks, maintenance tests, and replacement of Shop Replaceable Assemblies (SRAs).">
  • Operate the P5CTS Test Set according to technical documentation and perform computer operations tasks, including loading programs, performing subsystem tests, and loading pre-mission exercise data.">
  • Collaborate with aircrews to ensure effective mission execution and provide technical assistance during live exercises and replay/debriefing sessions.">
  • Maintain control logs, mission event records, and store records of mission tapes.">
  • Interface directly with aircrews regarding mission sortie effectiveness.">

Key Requirements:

  • ">
  • Technical background in a similar role with experience in a military environment.">
  • Proficiency with MS Office and testing software.">
  • Ability to read electrical wiring diagrams and schematics.">
  • Experience using electronic tools and testing equipment.">
  • Ability to lift 75lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, and working in tight spaces.">
