Fleet Director

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Fleet Manager to join our team at THE BRIDGE CO. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our fleet management department.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the fleet management department to ensure alignment with company goals.
• Review and analyze operating results to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures as needed.
• Manage and control the fleet budget to ensure efficient use of resources.
• Implement and communicate policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency across the department.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform fleet management decisions.
• Select and procure vehicles that meet client specifications and requirements.
• Ensure timely and accurate vehicle registration, insurance, and documentation.
• Oversee data management systems to organize and maintain accurate records.
• Plan and execute vehicle purchase and replacement processes.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, dealers, and suppliers to ensure seamless operations.
• Monitor and report on fleet performance metrics to inform business decisions.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Master's degree in Business Administration is an advantage.
• Minimum 6-8 years of experience in fleet management or related field.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic languages.
