Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Locksmith to join our team at Vectrus, Inc. As a Locksmith, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, modifying, and opening various locking mechanisms found on doors, desks, compartments, mobile equipment, safes, and vaults.

You will examine locking mechanisms, install new units, or disassemble and replace worn tumblers, springs, and other parts. You will also make new or duplicate keys using a key cutting machine and change combinations by inserting new or repaired tumblers into locks.

This position requires excellent problem-solving skills, knowledge of lock picking devices, code cutting devices, hand/power tools, and key machines. You must be able to work effectively in a team environment, communicate with diverse groups, and prioritize tasks efficiently.
