About This Role

As a leader in facilities management, you will oversee all staff on-site, ensuring they are trained and developed effectively to represent the company to the highest standards.

  • Deliver high-quality hard and soft FM services in compliance with the contract by providing professional expertise.
  • Formulate strategies to meet service provision demands by ensuring added value, increased productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Exercise financial and commercial controls within agreed parameters to maximise profitability and identify ongoing cost savings.
  • Maximise the contract by successfully managing and creating innovative added-value solutions.
  • Manage operational budgets and ensure actual performance against budget.
  • Effectively manage sub-contractors.
  • Provide high standards of customer care.
  • Achieve a safe working environment by coordinating and improving health, safety, and fire aspects.
  • Support and promote the company vision and values throughout the on-site staff.
About Our Organisation

We are a leading facilities management service provider, part of a larger publicly listed multinational organisation. We operate as a main facilities management service provider in the Middle East.

Requirements
  • Full facilities management responsibility for delivering a FM service contract on at least one iconic project in the Middle East.
  • Strong understanding of commercial aspects of a large / iconic facilities management contract.
  • Key experience in financial reporting, including service budgets and performance against budget on a large FM service contract.
  • Appreciation and hands-on experience of health, safety, and fire hazards within FM service contracts.
  • Ability to manage white- and blue-collar staff and motivate on-site teams.
  • Strong account management skills and management of key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal) is essential for this role.
