Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facility Manager to join our General Services department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee facility premises, maintenance, security, personnel, and contractors.
- Manage facility contracts, renewals, and maintenance.
- Supervise purchase requisitions, gate passes, and quotations for general services works.
- Coordinate with departments on payments, budgets, HR, and staff issues.
Requirements:
- 4-6 years of experience in Facility Management.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Education: Bachelor's degree.
