We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lifeguard to join our team. As a Lifeguard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of our guests by monitoring the pool area and responding quickly to any emergency situations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring the swimming pool area and ensuring guest safety at all times
  • Providing first aid or CPR if required, and responding quickly to any emergency situations
  • Enforcing pool rules and hotel safety protocols with a friendly, professional manner
  • Inspecting the pool facilities daily and reporting any maintenance or safety concerns
  • Assisting guests with poolside services and ensuring towels, seating, and amenities are well-maintained
  • Supporting recreational activities and promoting wellness programs as needed

Requirements:

  • Valid Lifeguard Certification (Red Cross or equivalent)
  • First Aid and CPR Certification
  • Previous experience as a lifeguard in a hotel, resort, or recreational facility is preferred
  • Strong swimming skills and physical stamina
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive, guest-focused attitude
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
