Job Description

  1. Meet with clients or account managers to discuss business objectives and requirements;
  2. Develop concepts that meet client needs through research and analysis;
  3. Estimate project timelines and provide quotes to clients;
  4. Collaborate with designers to develop design briefs;
  5. Present finalized ideas and concepts to clients or account managers;
  6. Work with various media types, including photography and computer-aided design (CAD);
  7. Proofread work to ensure accuracy and quality;
  8. Contribute ideas and design artwork to projects;
  9. Demonstrate illustrative skills through rough sketches;
  10. Work on layouts and artworking pages for print-ready materials;
  11. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies in new media;
  12. Develop interactive designs;
  13. Commission illustrators and photographers as needed;
  14. Collaborate with printers, copywriters, photographers, stylists, illustrators, other designers, account executives, web developers, and marketing specialists.
