IT Technician

**Role Overview:**

NANA Regional Corporation is seeking a highly skilled ADPE Technician to join our team. As an ADPE Technician, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining DOD-approved communications software on government computers, configuring network printers, and ensuring proper user access.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain DOD-approved communications software on government computers.
• Configure network printers and ensure proper user access.
• Maintain the stability of classified and unclassified computer systems using DoD-approved operating systems and software.
• Join client computers to Microsoft Active Directory domains.
• Configure Microsoft Outlook and manage personal folders.
• Install, configure, and maintain security software on military computer systems.
• Repair and maintain desktop and laptop hardware.

Requirements:

• US citizenship with an active Secret clearance or higher.
• High school diploma or equivalent with at least two years of experience in automation equipment repair.
• Valid U.S. passport and International Driver's Permit (IDP) for State-side applicants.
• Valid U.S. passport, valid IDP, and medical qualifications for in-country applicants.
• Demonstrated strong customer service skills.
