About the Role:

This is a full-time or part-time position, offering flexible scheduling across key trading times, including late-night and weekend shifts.

You will be required to work 5 full days per week, providing expert advice and product knowledge to customers.

• Engage with customers, understanding their skincare concerns and providing personalized solutions
• Develop strong relationships with colleagues, driving collaboration and teamwork
• Stay up-to-date with new products and industry developments, applying this knowledge to drive sales and business growth
• Contribute to the creation of an inclusive and supportive work environment

Requirements:

• Previous experience in skincare or sales is highly desirable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
