Job Summary

Taozeef is seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Expert to join our team as a Network Protection Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining cybersecurity measures to protect our company's networks, systems, and data from potential threats.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and mitigate vulnerabilities within existing security systems.
  • Develop and implement organization-wide security measures to ensure the integrity of our network infrastructure.
  • Maintain security policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with relevant regulatory frameworks and industry standards.
  • Monitor and analyze security events and incidents to identify and respond to potential threats promptly.
  • Perform penetration tests to assess potential security problems and stay up-to-date with the latest threats, vulnerabilities, and security technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security measures into the development and implementation of new systems and applications.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in IT security roles, with expertise in network architecture, operating system security, and vulnerability assessment.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and debugging skills.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Technical Skills
  • Understanding of network architecture, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems.
  • Proficiency in securing various operating systems, including Windows, Linux, and macOS.
  • Skills in identifying and exploiting vulnerabilities in systems to improve security measures.
  • Familiarity with languages such as Python, C++, Java, and scripting languages like PowerShell.
  • Knowledge of how to implement and manage encryption to protect data.
Estimated Salary

$85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
