What We Are Looking For:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced legal professional to join our team.

  • The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • They should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The candidate should have a strong understanding of business operations and be able to provide expert advice on all types of matters related to contracting, due diligence, litigation, and other related areas.
  • They should be able to liaise with stakeholders, regulatory bodies, semi-governmental and governmental authorities as required.

  • They should be able to provide legal advice and opinions to user departments on different matters in coordination with reporting managers.
  • The ideal candidate should be able to monitor and follow up with legal service providers on the legal status of outsourced cases or any other related matters.
  • They should be able to defend the company in case of legal disputes.
  • The candidate should be able to ensure all communication by external legal service providers is in writing and filed appropriately in the respective case file maintained by the department.
  • They should be able to ensure business operations of the company and its services are legally valid transactions and comply with applicable laws in force.
