Job Description

This is a full-time on-site position responsible for overseeing daily kitchen activities, ensuring seamless execution of menu items, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Menu Plans: Design and prepare new dessert creations that meet the demands of our health-conscious customer base.
  • Manage Kitchen Operations: Oversee daily kitchen activities, ensuring seamless execution of menu items and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
  • Lead and Develop Team Members: Supervise and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes creativity and excellence.
  • Efficient Inventory Management: Manage inventory and ordering supplies to minimize waste and maximize productivity.
Requirements:
  • Strong Culinary Background: Proficiency in culinary techniques, menu planning, and food preparation methods.
  • Effective Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading teams and managing kitchen operations.
  • Familiarity with Special Diets: Knowledge of special diets such as keto, vegan, and sugar-free.
  • Valid Food Safety Certification: Certification in food safety and sanitation.
  • Creative Recipe Development: Ability to innovate and develop new recipes that align with our brand's values.
  • Excellent Communication and Organizational Skills: Communication and organizational skills to effectively manage kitchen operations and team members.
  • Relevant Industry Experience: Relevant work experience in the food industry, preferably in a similar role or with a reputable restaurant group.
  • Culinary Education (Preferred): A culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus but not required.
