We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our team. This role requires a high level of professionalism, excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth workflows and revenue goals.
- Manage a high volume of outbound calls and prioritize client case processing.
- Ensure timely collection of dues through branch staff.
- Lead, train and guide the sales team to achieve goals.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of consultants, ensuring monthly revenue targets are met across all business segments, developing and executing sales plans, conducting regular sales meetings and motivating the team.
Requirements- Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in sales management.
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership.
