Job Description
  • We are looking for individuals with excellent customer service skills to work as Receptionists.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front-desk activities, handling correspondence, and redirecting phone calls.

The selected candidate will also have the opportunity to work as an HR Assistant, organizing HR files and records, providing clerical support to the HR department, and ensuring strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mandoub: Handling visa, permit, and license applications efficiently, liaising with government departments, and maintaining updated knowledge of Immigration and Labor Laws.
  • Office Boy: Assisting in general office tasks, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and demonstrating a proactive approach to completing tasks.
