Job Title:

We are looking for a highly experienced Operations Director to lead our factory operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing the production plan, managing production activities, controlling production costs, and improving business processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Strategic Plans: Create and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Schedule and Allocate Resources: Manage the allocation of personnel, materials, and equipment to ensure effective production execution.
  • Monitor and Analyze Production Trends: Track production metrics and identify areas for improvement to enhance quality and efficiency.
  • Implement Process Improvements: Identify and implement process improvements to reduce waste and optimize production output.
Requirements:
  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Production, or Science Food Technology.
  • Experience: 5-8 years of experience in an FMCG/food processing unit with knowledge of Food Safety Management Systems, HACCP, and ISO.
  • Desired Competencies: Strong operations orientation, basic understanding of QA standards in the food industry, and proficiency in English and Arabic.
