Job Summary

We are looking for a Revenue Growth Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating revenue by targeting various communities or segments within the country and reaching out to them directly or indirectly to offer or distribute our services (prepaid or postpaid).

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.

Main Responsibilities
  • Distribute or sell our services and products on one-to-one contact or through gatherings.
  • Appoint agents or distributors under your management who can further distribute or sell.
  • Manage month-to-month activities of the sales team based on assigned targets from management.
Required Qualifications and Experience
  • High school diploma or 2-year degree in business or related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a sales role.
