About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Agricultural Specialist to join our team in supporting ongoing operations at the Abdali Agricultural Area. This is a key role that requires technical expertise and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support daily agricultural operations, ensuring machinery and equipment are running efficiently.
  • Provide technical guidance for planting, harvesting, and crop maintenance activities.
  • Ensure proper handling of fertilizers, pesticides, and irrigation systems.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in agriculture.
  • Fluency in English required.
  • Strong knowledge of agricultural techniques, tools, and machinery.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and meet deadlines.
  • Prior farming experience preferred.
Compensation Package:

The estimated annual salary for this position is around $60,000-$80,000, depending on qualifications and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
