Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Ecologist to join our team. As an Ecologist, you will be responsible for leading site monitoring, data reporting, supervising site operations, managing equipment, report writing, data analysis, sample collection, and result interpretation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Engineering Geology, Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering, and Environmental Engineering. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

The successful candidate will ensure the integrity of the work scope and adhere to applicable codes and standards. They will also mentor less experienced staff members and develop training programs for local personnel.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in Ecology or equivalent diploma from an accredited institution
  • Work experience within PMC projects in oil and gas industries
  • Experience working with advanced engineering tools, data systems, and general office/engineering software
  • Ability to interact effectively with people of all nationalities and cultures
  • Broad-based knowledge of contractual terms and conditions, commercial contract law, and process engineering requirements
  • Leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills
  • Excellent time management and planning skills, with ability to work under tight deadlines
