Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Laboratory Expert to join our team at HealthCare Dynamics Gen. Trading Company W.L.L. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting laboratory tests on materials, maintaining equipment, and analyzing test data.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct thorough laboratory tests on materials such as soil, concrete, steel, and water to evaluate their properties and performance.
  2. Prepare and handle samples for testing, ensuring adherence to established protocols.
  3. Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to guarantee accurate testing results.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with testing equipment promptly.
  5. Analyze test data and compile detailed reports summarizing findings.
  6. Encode and document test results accurately in databases and reporting systems.
  7. Archive reports and other documentation systematically for easy retrieval and compliance with regulatory standards.
  8. Collaborate with project engineers and site teams to provide insights on material quality and suitability.
  9. Perform field testing, collecting samples, and conducting on-site assessments.
  10. Develop and implement quality control procedures for material testing and documentation.
Qualifications and Skills
  1. Demonstrated experience in material laboratory and site testing, along with knowledge of industry standards (e.g., ASTM, AASHTO).
  2. Strong skills in data encoding and documentation, with proficiency in using database and reporting software.
  3. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in archiving and record-keeping.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  5. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
