Job Title: Cybersecurity Systems Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Systems Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in deploying, managing, and troubleshooting Windows Active Directory, Group Policy Object (GPOs), and Domain Name Service (DNS).
Key Responsibilities- Deploy and manage Microsoft operating systems, including Windows 2008(R2) and Windows Server 2003.
- Troubleshoot messaging protocols and operations with Microsoft Exchange 2003 and Exchange 2010 products.
- Maintain knowledge of backup technologies, specifically Symantec Backup Exec and NetApp SIPR/NIPR Access Point (SNAP) manager utilities.
- Review and deploy vendor updates for security patches.
- Familiarity with storage technologies such as Storage Area Network (SAN) or Network Attached Storage (NAS).
- Monitor server performance and configure management tools (Microsoft System Center Operations Manager (SCOM) and System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)).
- Network troubleshooting skills and knowledge of networks.
- Technical documentation skills and create action plans for planned and unplanned changes to the network infrastructure.
- An active US Government issued Secret clearance is required (Interim Secret Clearance is acceptable).
- US Citizenship is mandatory.
- A minimum of three (3) years related work experience working with Windows 2003 server and Exchange 2003 systems administration.
- A minimum of two (2) years of experience in a military environment.
- The following certifications are required: Security+ and Network+.
This role involves traveling CONUS/OCONUS to support missions up to 10%.
