Job Title: Luxury Boutique Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Luxury Boutique Director to lead our team of sales professionals and drive sales growth in our luxury boutiques. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in retail management, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets
* Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service
* Collaborate with the buying team to select and merchandise products that meet customer needs and drive sales
* Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement
* Develop and implement training programs to enhance sales skills and customer service

Requirements:

* 5+ years of experience in retail management, preferably in a luxury goods environment
* Proven track record of success in sales growth and team leadership
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
