Job Title: Site Inspection Management Specialist

**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Inspection Management Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising a team of inspectors responsible for performing inspections of various systems in new-construction, upgraded, and/or repaired fixed, semi-permanent, or relocatable structures.

**Responsibilities:**
As a Site Inspection Management Specialist, you will:
- Supervise and direct the inspection team in performing site inspections
- Schedule resources and manage the team to accomplish company objectives
- Perform initial, in-progress, and final inspections to diagnose violations
- Ensure repairs and alterations to remedy inspection violations are accomplished according to required industry code(s)
- Use 'As-Built' plans, blueprints, and schematics in the performance and scheduling of inspections

**Requirements:**
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A minimum of 10 years of continuous experience performing installation or maintenance services on building systems at the journeyman's or inspector's level
- 5 years documented experience supervising others in a variety of trade disciplines
- Strong technical skills, including the ability to identify repair requirements as it pertains to building systems
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with little-or-no guidance

**Working Conditions:**
This role requires the ability to work in extreme weather conditions, including temperatures exceeding 120 degrees Fahrenheit. You will also be working in an indoor and outdoor environment with very adverse and harsh conditions.

**Physical Requirements:**
This role requires medium work, exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 30 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. You will also be required to work in areas where a potential could exist for exposure to physical, chemical, or biological agents.
