Talent Pal is seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Kuwait. This exciting opportunity offers a competitive salary of KD2,000 per month, with an estimated hourly rate of KD1,000.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns for real estate properties, leveraging SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences, trends, and competitor strategies.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing campaigns and improve performance.
  • Create engaging content across various digital platforms, including website landing pages, blog posts, social media, email newsletters, and online ads.
  • Manage and optimize the company website, ensuring it is user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for lead generation and conversion.
  • Collaborate with web developers and designers to implement necessary improvements.
  • Monitor and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance using analytics tools.
  • Prepare regular reports and provide actionable recommendations to optimize marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing strategies align with business objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing techniques and platforms, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising.
  • Exceptional creativity and attention to detail, with the ability to develop innovative digital marketing assets.
  • Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, and email marketing platforms.
  • Solid understanding of web development, UX/UI principles, and website optimization for lead generation and conversion.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and convey complex ideas concisely.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practices in the real estate sector.

Language Skills: Required bilingual candidate with excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
