Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Beverage Specialist to join our team at Alghanim Industries.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining high standards of beverage quality and presentation, and contributing to a positive store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve beverages to brand standards, ensuring consistency and quality in every cup.
  • Maintain stock levels and availability, rotating stock to ensure freshness and meeting company guidelines.
  • Upsell and demonstrate product knowledge to customers, promoting sales and driving revenue growth.
  • Operate the till accurately, following brand training and guidelines.
  • Ensure a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health, safety, and cleanliness standards.
Requirements:
  • Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
  • Flexible approach with ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative in improving processes and sales.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role is an asset.

Estimated Salary: 1,800 - 2,200 QAR per month, depending on qualifications and experience. This figure is based on industry standards and market rates for similar positions in Kuwait City.
