Job Description

We are seeking a Sales and Relationship Manager to join our team at Procapita Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic account plans to drive sales growth and expand relationships with key accounts in the HORECA sector.

Key Accountabilities
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets, conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior.
  • Customer Management: Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring seamless coordination and service delivery, negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional agreements.
  • Operational Efficiency: Oversee the distribution network to ensure efficient product delivery and availability, coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to optimize stock levels and fulfillment processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in key account management, sales, or business development within the FMCG industry.
  • Proven track record of managing HORECA clients and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
  • Strong computer literacy and ability to work with sales forecasting tools.
