Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Artificial Intelligence Technologist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI models that drive business value.

  • Key Responsibilities: Create and deploy AI models for customer retention, personalized marketing, and operational automation.
  • Data Processing: Collaborate with Data Engineers to ensure data is properly processed and transformed for AI model training.
  • Model Improvement: Continuously monitor and optimize AI models in production to meet performance targets.
  • AI Pipeline Maintenance: Design and maintain scalable AI pipelines for model deployment across all OpCos.
  • Teamwork: Work closely with Data Scientists, Business Analysts, and Solution Architects to align AI models with business objectives.
  • AI Tooling: Identify and implement AI tools and frameworks to improve efficiency and scalability of AI model development.
  • Research and Innovation: Stay updated on the latest AI developments and bring new ideas to the team.
  • Deployment and Scaling: Collaborate with ML Ops Engineers to deploy AI models reliably and scale them across multiple regions.
  • Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve issues in AI models and pipelines.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in AI or machine learning engineering roles.
  • Hands-on experience with developing and deploying machine learning models.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
  • Experience with cloud-based AI platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure AI).
