Job Description

We are seeking an Entry-Level Welder to join our team in Kuwait. As an English-speaking company, we welcome Malayalee candidates who are looking for a new opportunity without prior experience in welding. This is a great chance to start your career as a welder and receive on-the-job training from experienced professionals.

Responsibilities:

  1. Learn and perform basic welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and stick welding
  2. Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and other technical drawings
  3. Operate welding equipment safely and maintain it regularly
  4. Ensure all welds meet quality standards and specifications
  5. Follow safety procedures at all times
  6. Assist with setting up and organizing work areas

Requirements:

  • Malayalee nationality preferred
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • High school diploma or equivalent education
  • Willingness to learn and work in a physically demanding environment
  • Ability to follow instructions accurately
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control
  • Basic knowledge of welding techniques is a plus but not required

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $1100 per month for this entry-level position. As you gain experience and skills, opportunities for advancement within the company may become available.
