This job involves providing support to the store team by managing the receipt, storage, and issuance of items. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and performing administrative tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

  1. To receive all items into the Store ensuring that they are as detailed on supporting documentation (delivery notes, receiving reports, purchasing orders etc...) and updating in GP against the PO.
  2. To receive all returns items into store and updating in GP and arranging for re-use of the items.
  3. To properly store/stock tools and goods in an orderly manner.
  4. To issue items against store requisition and updating in GP accordingly.
  5. To keep all store area under control in a clean and orderly condition at all times.
  6. Preparing Goods Issue Voucher against SR on a daily basis.
  7. Receiving Hardware with status of Returned by clients and prepare Receive voucher.
  8. Daily update the GP transaction in ZEO.
  9. Taking Physical Inventory on a weekly basis.
  10. Preparing the RFP for Stationary items in Epro.
  11. Making Shipment of Documents and other hardware devices by DHL using DHL Access.
  12. Preparing the Transfer Voucher against Hardware to the Showroom.
  13. Making filing and documentation on a daily basis.
  14. Receiving goods from vendor against PO and ensuring quantity requested is met, reporting to Procurement, preparing GRV, and creating Bin label for the Received Materials.
  15. Handling Daily Tasks of the store Department.
  16. Focus on Moving line to maintain the Reorder and Stock level.
  17. Daily Update in the GP.

Requirements

Education:

A diploma or bachelor's degree in any related field or equivalent.

Knowledge:

  • The ability to handle material needs, solve material problems, and inventory control issues as they arise.
  • The ability to update computer-generated inventories and documents.

Experience:

3-5 years of experience in a similar position within a telecommunication company.
