Security Guardian

At HealthCare Dynamics Gen. Trading Company W.L.L, we prioritize the safety and security of our employees, visitors, and assets. To achieve this goal, we are seeking a highly skilled Safety and Security Officer to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a secure environment by:

• Maintaining a high level of vigilance through regular patrols and monitoring of premises.
• Implementing and enforcing robust safety policies and procedures to prevent potential risks.
• Conducting thorough risk assessments and providing recommendations for corrective actions.
• Responding effectively to emergencies, such as fires, medical incidents, or security threats.
• Maintaining accurate records of incidents, inspections, and safety violations.

The ideal candidate must be willing to work shift-based hours, including nights and weekends, and adapt to various indoor and outdoor environments.

Applicants must possess:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: A degree or certification in occupational safety, security management, or a related field.
• Completion of security officer training programs.
• Knowledge of safety standards and emergency protocols.
• First Aid/CPR certification (preferred).

Candidates should have relevant experience in security, safety, or emergency response, along with strong communication, observation, and problem-solving abilities.

Successful candidates must possess physical fitness, a clean criminal record, and professional integrity.
