Job Description:

Our company is seeking an experienced Academic Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding students through the process of selecting and applying to universities in the United Kingdom and the United States.

1. Provide academic consultations to students and parents regarding study options abroad, ensuring they make informed decisions about their educational paths.

2. Guide students on admission requirements, academic programs, and university options in the UK and US, utilizing extensive knowledge of these institutions.

3. Assist students in completing and submitting university applications accurately, adhering to strict deadlines and application guidelines.

4. Maintain strong relationships with universities and educational institutions, fostering a network of partnerships that benefit both parties.

5. Support students with visa applications, accommodation, and other arrangements, providing comprehensive assistance throughout the process.

6. Keep student records and application databases updated, ensuring seamless tracking and analysis of applicant progress.

1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in academic consulting or university admissions, preferably with a proven track record of success.

2. Strong knowledge of the UK and US university admission processes, including specific requirements and procedures.

3. Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English, enabling effective interaction with students, parents, and educational institutions.

4. The ability to work professionally with students and parents, building trust and rapport while maintaining confidentiality.

5. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, allowing efficient management of multiple applications and deadlines.

6. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools, streamlining administrative tasks and enhancing productivity.
