We are seeking a Corporate Lawyer to join our team at HealthCare Dynamics Gen. Trading Company W.L.L.

The successful candidate will provide comprehensive legal counsel and support internal departments, including contracting, due diligence, litigation, and more.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert legal advice on all matters related to the Company's business within and outside Kuwait.
  • Liaison with tenants, investors, third parties, regulatory bodies, semi-governmental and governmental authorities as needed.
  • Prepare and review litigation briefs filed by or against the Company.
  • Attend court proceedings as required to ensure the Company's interests are properly represented.
