The Role

We are seeking an Executive Pastry Chef to join our team at Four Seasons Hotel Kuwait at Burj Alshaya. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the bakery and pastry department, ensuring that we consistently deliver high-quality food products to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and train pastry and baking staff to maintain high standards of quality and presentation.
• Develop and implement new pastry and bakery concepts to enhance our menu offerings.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage ordering to ensure efficient use of resources.
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef and other members of the culinary team to achieve business objectives.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the department.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar management role in a hotel or resort.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve high standards of performance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of current trends and techniques in pastry and baking.
