About the Role

The Immigration Support Advisor will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to clients navigating the complex immigration process.

As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring clients receive accurate and timely information to facilitate a smooth resettlement experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess client needs and provide personalized guidance on immigration processes
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams

  • Stay up-to-date with changes in immigration regulations and procedures

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Human Resources, or related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent counseling skills and ability to assess and understand client needs
  • Knowledge of immigration processes and regulations
  • Proficiency in documentation and paperwork management
