As an Airport Services Duty Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of airport services. Your primary responsibility will be to supervise your team and deliver exceptional customer service, maintaining award-winning 5-star standards.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Station coordination for ground handling agent liaison
  • Supervise airport team to achieve on-time performance
  • Duty allocation planning of manpower during duty periods
  • Support Airport Services Duty Officer in case of flight disruptions
  • Aircraft turnaround check (ATC) duty for safe QR ground ramp operation
  • Generate reports and maintain a neat workplace
  • Agent support and assistance
  • Compliance with safety, security, quality, and environmental policies
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Relevant college or university qualification
  • Minimum 4 years of supervisory experience in airline or reputable Ground Handling Operations
  • Excellent communication skills in English language
  • Knowledge of Weight and Balance, Ramp handling, and Dangerous Goods Regulations
  • Able to perform duties under pressure while maintaining high customer service standards
  • Good understanding of conditions of carriage and International Civil Aviation Safety and Security procedures
  • Experience in Passenger Services, Baggage Services, Ground Operations, Dangerous Goods Regulations, and ramp handling
  • High level of computer literacy
  • Excellent customer focus and service delivery
