Job Title: IT Security Auditor - Risk Management Specialist

Job Description
  • We are seeking a highly skilled IT Security Auditor - Risk Management Specialist to join our team. As an IT Security Auditor - Risk Management Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and analyzing potential security risks and vulnerabilities within our systems, developing risk mitigation strategies, recommending remediation plans, and implementing necessary controls to minimize risks.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work closely with our IT teams to assess the effectiveness of our security policies, procedures, systems, and practices.

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required, as well as at least 5 years of experience in IT audit or Information Security Audit. Professional certifications such as CISSP or CISM are highly desirable.

About This Role
  • This role involves working closely with our IT teams to identify and analyze potential security risks and vulnerabilities within our systems, and developing risk mitigation strategies to minimize these risks.
  • As part of this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing incident response plans to address and resolve security breaches, incidents, or violations.
  • You will also be responsible for evaluating the implementation and effectiveness of security controls such as access controls, encryption mechanisms, firewall configurations, intrusion detection systems, and other security technologies.
  • Additionally, you will prepare detailed audit reports, documenting findings, recommendations, and remediation plans, and maintain accurate audit records to ensure compliance with documentation standards.
