• Utilize extensive knowledge of makeup and skincare products to advise customers on suitable purchases.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless customer interactions, providing a high level of service across all touchpoints.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products, driving sales and revenue growth.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of product features, ingredients, and benefits, enabling informed recommendations to customers.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay abreast of industry trends and best practices.
