Job Summary: Set up, operate, and troubleshoot AV equipment in guest rooms, meeting spaces, and public areas. Ensure all AV equipment is maintained, functional, and properly stored. Respond to guest and staff AV inquiries, and resolve issues promptly.
Duties and Responsibilities:

- Respond to guest and staff AV inquiries, and resolve issues promptly.
- Perform regular preventive maintenance on AV systems.
- Assist with installations or relocations of AV equipment as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of AV equipment usage, repairs, and inventories.
- Respond to emergency AV issues and ensure systems are operational.
- Assist with training staff on AV equipment usage.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of AV storage areas and workstations.
- Provide excellent customer service by handling guest requests and complaints efficiently.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years' experience in the same field and ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Requires attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Diploma or degree in relevant field is a plus.
- Good command of the English language.
