V2X Inc is seeking a skilled Locksmith to join their team. As a Locksmith, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and modifying various locking mechanisms found on doors, desks, compartments, mobile equipment, safes, and vaults.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in locksmithing, with experience working with mechanical and electronic locks. They should also possess excellent problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will work under the supervision of a Locksmith Supervisor, performing tasks such as examining locking mechanisms, making new or duplicate keys, and establishing keying systems for buildings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide maintenance and repairs on various types of safes using hand tools, lathes, drill presses, and welding equipment.
  • Install and repair locks, including mechanical and electronic cipher locks.
  • Ensure all customers are approved by the Department of Labor prior to accepting work-order requests.
